Who is the “CT Claim Contractor”?

Francis J. Heneghan, or “Frank” as he is called, first stepped onto a jobsite to earn an income at the age of 16, while working for noted luxury builder Jim Corbett, out of Westport, CT. Jim was a favored uncle, and an incredible mentor. Frank left construction to attend the University of Connecticut where he earned a B.A. in English Literature, while playing rugby for the D1 program in the mid-1990s. After graduating, he would later return to home improvement with a business partner, who together formed ‘Connecticut Gutter, LLC’ in Milford, CT. Frank would later assume 100% ownership of the business and super-charge the company into the high-profile, multi-million dollar roofing and rain gutter service company found at “CTGutter.com”. Frank moved the business to his hometown of Greenwich, CT in 2017 to be closer to his client base. With talented and dedicated staff and high-visibility American flag themed fleet of vehicles, CT GUTTER is ever-present in Lower Fairfield County.

Frank has continued to increase his skillsets and has held ‘HAAG Engineering Certified Inspector’ licenses in both “Wind Damage” and “Residential Roofs” for the last 4 years. The HAAG certifications are rigorous and require an over 100 roof experience to even apply for the course. The HAAG designations are the gold standard for credibility for forensic use, for both the insurance industry and the legal system.

Frank has taken these skills and has either inspected or installed over 5,000 roof systems. He has worked flood, fire, hurricane, wind damage, ice dams, you name it, for both the insurance carrier and the insured. Frank’s keen contractor skills add the triple threat, as he and his team take on insurance reconstruction projects daily. Frank and team manage inspections, estimations and reconstruction for their clients. Their turn-key, high touch service makes the work move quickly and precisely with little latency. Frank and team usually only have towait for the local town inspectors’ schedules. Otherwise, work is always underway.

Frank Heneghan is also an expert in Xactimate estimation generation. Xactimate is the only pricing software the insurance industry uses, so Frank and staff utilize it to speak to the carrier in their own “language”. The result is always a much more favorable claim outcome.

Frank’s wife Stacy Lynn Heneghan, who once held the title of Office Manager at CT GUTTER, set out on her own in 2019 and launched CT STORMWATER AUTHORITY, LLC. The company specializes in stormwater system inspections, maintenance and new installation. With a dedicated professional engineer, a sales team and a team of talented contractors, this company is quickly making waves. In 2018, CT STORMWATER AUTHORITY LLC approached CULTEC INC., the founders of plastic stormwater technology, and asked about forging a partnership. As a result of the great synergy between companies, CULTEC INC. endorses CT STORMWATER AUTHORITY LLC as “Certified CULTEC Installers” and “Certified CULTEC Maintenance Providers”, the only of its kind. Stacy Heneghan has applied with the State of Connecticut as an MBE company (certified woman-owned business status). Stacy has asked Frank to come on as a minority owner to add his expertise and wisdom. Frank currently heads Sales and Marketing for the shared company, with Stacy at the helm as CEO and majority owner.
